YOU WILL

As Sales Manager Electrification, you will work with one of Bosch's most important customers Volvo Cars where you will be part of the team that focuses on the business segment electrification and new technology.

The sales processes are complex with long time frames and involve several parties and stakeholders both at the customer and internally. In this role, you will have great responsibility in the project sales of both ongoing and new business and you´ll become an important link between Volvo Cars and Bosch.

Bosch is a well-established organization where there are good tools and processes to help you in your daily work and you will report directly to the Sales Director.

YOU ARE

To succeed, you need to put a lot of focus on developing your network within the organization while at the same time having extensive direct contact with the customer. You will have the opportunity to influence both the business and your own role and it´s important that you can work independently and take initiatives to drive the sales process forward. You are business minded and like to find solutions that are beneficial both for the customer and for your own company. In combination with a commercial drive, you have a great interest in technology and due to the long sales processes, you are both persistent, a good negotiator and like to communicate with different stakeholders.

We would also like you to have:

- A few years of relevant work experience, preferably in a customer-oriented role within the automotive industry
- An engineering education from University or College
- Great language skills in Swedish and English, German is a big plus
- Experience in electronics and software is a bonus
