DigitalRoute are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our team!

In this role you will manage the whole end-to-end sales process. That means planning, lead- and opportunity management, qualification of leads, offers, proof of concepts and contract negotiations. The role is also strategic with tactical account planning as well as operational management of the accounts, managing purchase orders, invoices and payments. Main focus in this job is new business opportunities and to attract new clients.

- Identify targets and lead these through the sales process, from lead to closure
- Account planning and opportunity management with a strong focus on business hunting
- Working with our broad ecosystem of partners for maximum effectiveness and to increase our addressable market
- Consistently delivering on your sales targets, while managing your commitment to orders in time

Your profile

To be successful in this role, you have a handful of years of proven and consistent track record of selling complex B2B software license sales, from lead to closure. You have great social skills in establishing professional, working, and consultative relationship with the clients, including C-level.

Last but not least, you love sales and to hunt for new opportunities and clients!

- Produce accurate revenue forecasts
- Develop proposals and negotiate with stakeholders
- Are passionate about business development and creating new sales opportunities
- Possess a hands-on attitude, have a willingness to roll up your sleeves and add value
- Are fluent in written and spoken English
- Are fluent in written and spoken German
- Have a relevant bachelor’s degree

You will report to our Head of Enterprise Direct Sales, located in US.

This is a full time employment, in this role you will travel extensively.

Location: preferably Germany/Europe.
