WHAT YOU WILL DO

In the role as Sales Manager, you will be positioned at the HQ in Malmö and be responsible for the results at your markets, primarily in France, but also the markets in Spain and Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will own the strategy and plans for your markets and manage the local sales-team that are responsible for the operative sale. Strategic and operative B2B sales and concluding agreements are other parts of the job. You will be part of creating long-term strategies and narrow these down to activity plan.

This role will include around 5 to 10 days of travelling to the different markets every month.



WHO YOU ARE

For the position of Sales Manager, we believe that you have some years of experience from similar roles. You probably have an education in sales or any other field that seems relevant for this position.

This is you:

- Experience from strategic B2B sale
- Knowledge in FMCG
- Knowledge or experience of the French market
- Excellent knowledge in English and French, both verbally and spoken
- You work independently and you’re committed
- You're already engaged with our brand and love our products
- You feel connected to our mission of encouraging health, sustainability and transparency
- You’re a self-starter with no need of supervision to get motivated. We strongly believe in building a culture of individual accountability and ownership and need partners embracing that mentality
- You’re ready to make your mark in a smaller, growing brand leveraging your experience to deliver amazing results and build an outstanding company
- We believe that you are a prestigeless businessperson, with an entrepreneurial mindset!


Knowledge in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a big advantage.
