Sales Manager, Flexographic

Flint Group manufactures and markets an extensive portfolio of conventional and energy curable inks, printing plates for flexo and letterpress, sleeve systems for flexographic applications, pigments and additives for use in inks and other colourant applications, printing blankets, sleeves and pressroom chemicals for offset printing. Professional and motivated employees ensure our success and we are now looking for a Sales Manager for Flexographic in Sweden.

For this role we are looking for someone with technical and commercial acumen, who will be responsible for the development of the Swedish market as well as to further strengthen the co-operation with our main customers.

Main responsibilities:
-Serving our customers (commercially and technically)
-Identifying market potentials and translate these to new business
-Ensure the achievement of determined and planned market share, turnover, profit margin and profit targets
-Execute distribution concepts based on customer requirements and the divisional and regional sales strategy
-Supporting the market introduction of new products
-Realization of sales synergies with the sister divisions Print Media and Packaging Ink & Narrow web
-Supporting in the preparation of annual sales budgets and market analyzes regarding Sweden
-Closely working together with Area Sales Manager and Technical Customer Service

Requirements:
-Knowledge of the flexographic industry
-Excellent technical skills
-Good commercial acumen
-Good communication skills with internal and external parties
-Customer focus
-High analytical skills and a structured way of working
-Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
