So, who are we looking for?
Westermo Data Communication, the sales company of Westermo in Sweden and Finland is now looking for an Account Manager to take care of our existing and future customers in the South of Sweden.
Your main responsibility is to build and manage a key geographic region for Westermo while providing growth within the area as defined by prospecting of target markets and customers. You will work together with colleagues and your manager to establish a plan and executing against that plan for critical growth. Westermo is "the small company with the large customers" and you will be working with some large accounts as well as some minor, meeting customers on all levels. In this role, you will be monitoring and reporting sales, prospecting, and efforts within the area as well as sharing market intelligence. Travel for this position is likely 50%+ both locally and within the region, so being based in southern Sweden is preferable. Alternatively, you can be based in Västerås at our HQ, but travel regularly to southern Sweden. The day-to-day tasks will involve understanding a customer’s networking needs and recommending a solution based on Westermo’s products and services, understanding the customer's needs and recommending solutions through value based selling, and successfully closing business. Though you will be taking a lot of responsibility in your assigned region, you will be working close and get the full support from your colleagues in sales, technical support and inside sales.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who loves meeting customers, solving problems an truly believes in our products and solutions. A great communicator with the ability to engage, educate and influence others.
Requirements:
- Experienced user of SalesForce as CRM
- Strong knowledge and experience within Industrial Automation, Rail and/or Energy Industries.
- Comfortable in working independently, but can also see the bigger picture and contribute and share knowledge with the team.
- Excellent knowledge of in both Swedish and English. Other Scandinavian/Nordic languages are a plus.
Meritorious:
- A basic technical background within industrial data communication.
- Person of high integrity and honesty, with strong ethical approach to sales.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Driven personality and a good listener.
