IMCD Nordic is now looking for a Sales Manager to join their Malmö-based team.
As our new Sales Manager you will be looking after and growing together with your customers in the coatings & construction industry. You have B2B mindset and the willingness to learn more of the industry and the raw materials used in the customers’ formulations. In your everyday you will support your customers with their challenges as well as your colleagues in their daily tasks.
Thanks to your entrepreneurial, proactive, digitally savvy and attentive approach you will quickly learn how to collaborate with the Inside Sales team, Technical team as well as Product and Sales Managers to ensure that our customers always get best-in-class service.
The focus of this position will mainly be in Sweden, but it can also be extended to other Nordic countries when needed. You will have your own customer responsibility, and you will be driving growth and developing the business with these accounts. You will be communicating with your IMCD colleagues across the globe as well as with our suppliers.
You are assisted by our coatings & construction lab in Malmö for technical innovation and encouraged to use your entrepreneurial skills to drive growth and find new opportunities in the market.

You are preferably living in southern Sweden. This position requires some travelling mainly within but occasionally also outside of the Nordics. You are perhaps in the start of your career - more than the length of experience or education we are interested in finding a new team player with the right personality and a doer-attitude.
Your qualifications and skills
* Fluent in Swedish and English, other languages are beneficial
* Skilled with MS office and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
* Technical/ chemical degree in paints/ coatings/ construction is beneficial
