Fortum Consumer Solutions is looking for a sales manager to lead the inhouse sales team which is responsible for acquiring and supporting our medium sized enterprise customers. The team is growing and currently consists of seven account managers but projected to be nine before summer. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and if you have previous experience from digital sales it’s a definite plus. Your time will be split between developing the way of working, performance management, customer meetings and talent development.

You must have
- 3 years of experience from inhouse sales
- 2 years of experience from people management
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Professional proficiency in English and Swedish
What you will do
- Manage and develop a team of Account Managers
- Develop our way of working to improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Analyze and take actions based on performance KPIs
- Be part of and contribute to the leadership team
