You as the Sales Manager of Insurance Solutions in the Nordic will lead and coach the sales team and secure direct sales to increase revenue from the Insurance industry. It is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to join an already established and winning company, working with a team of remarkable individuals in pursuit of a common goal – continuing our success and achieving market dominance.
 
Here's what we need from you:
 
You are located in the Malmö region and speak Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian and English fluently. 
You are an experienced sales professional from the Insurance Industry.
You have experience in sales, budgets, sales planning, sales strategy, and negotiation on the C-level or similar.  
You have a background or a strong interest in technology. You can explain software-technical solutions to a non-technical audience without focusing on tech but rather on their ROI and financial benefits. 
You have a clear and demonstrated record of sales success.
Experience as software sales professional in Embedded software is a strong advantage. 
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 
Manage and coach an established team of account managers.
Operate with the team as the leading sales manager in the Nordic territory. Leading by example and bringing in new customers /accounts.  
Secure and negotiation of new large contracts - accounts 
Drive business line revenue within the embedded software and their supporting Contractors.
Discover, prospect and qualify new leads and opportunities, and cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
Maintain regular contact with current customers to ensure successful integration, adoption, and ongoing use of our products and services.
Represent Insuro Technologies to the customer in all sales-related matters and understand the customer's business, product requirements, and industry challenges.
Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and markets.
Direct complex sales cycles—including account mapping, development of high-level relationships, account strategies, and business cases.
Effectively maintain sales pipeline data and activity reports, providing management with accurate sales forecasts.
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to share account knowledge and execute sales strategies.
