We're looking for someone who can bring their A-game to help us revolutionize the way people track their assets. We are expanding the IoT division and looking for new members to join us on this journey. As part of this team, you’ll be working with hardware and software solutions for construction companies, especially in managing their assets, such as fleet management (GPS tracker). For this role, you can be based in our office in Uppsala or Stockholm.

As our Sales Manager, you'll be supporting all our group companies and individual partners with IoT sales, as well as managing our in-house IoT sales team. You will also be responsible for driving our revenue growth and working closely with our product development team to ensure that we're always delivering the best products and services to our customers.
What you will get to do:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and lead our in-house IoT sales team
- Collaborate with our group companies and individual partners to identify new IoT sales opportunities.
- Provide strategic direction for IoT sales on a group level
- Analyzing product performance and working closely with our product development team to provide customer feedback and improve our products.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities as well as customer needs and trends.

- A proven track record in sales, preferably in technology or SaaS
- An understanding of ERP systems
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- A passion for technology and innovation
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Having an experience from leading a team is considered a great plus
- Fluent in both English and Swedish
