What you will do
Internet of Things (IoT) will have a profound impact on our society in the coming years. More and more “things” are being connected to a communication network, ranging from the smart watch you have on your wrist to the street light you passed by this morning. These things will support widely different parts of our lives but still have some central dimensions in common: They will need to be connected in order to transmit data, and the data they transmit will need to be collected, analyzed and produce actionable results.
Telenor Sweden’s Business Division is set up to deliver new digital services in the Swedish market and position Telenor for future growth within IoT and new 5G services. To further support this mission we are now searching for a skilled sales manager with an understanding for IoT and future technologies
Do you want to shape how Telenor Sweden will offer innovative services in the IoT & 5G Solutions market?
As Sales Manager IoT & Private 5G Solutions you will have the following tasks:
* Increase our M2M/IoT & Private 5G Solutions position in Sweden through up sell and new customers
* Search and sign agreements with possible new Partners
* Visit our customers, and help them modernize and digitize their services
* Act as a coordinator between our IoT Partners and Telenor
* Stay updated on current market- and competitor development within the area
Who are you
The ideal candidate has:
* MSc or equivalent in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Communications. Work experience in the right field can compensate for lack of formal education
* Experience within sales, with proven results, preferably within one or more of the following areas: Telecommunications, ideally experience with M2M / IoT, IT-industry
* Fluent in English and Swedish, both oral and written
