Position Overview:
Seeking country Sales Managers for Sweden, Scandinavia, and the U.K. to assume business responsibility on growing and cultivating the My-E-Health community in each area. The role of Sales Manager is a newly created role within our Global Sales structure, with the purpose of focusing on proactive outreach by leading sales forward. This position will become a critical thread in the fabric of how our Global business and services evolve. You will take on a Brand Ambassador role, one of player-coach, who is both self-motivated and can grow a customer-base. You will be the glue that unites your region, so leading by example is key to deliver excellence.
This role reports to the C.E.O.


Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager requires a high level of emotional intelligence to engage and introduce community initiatives, professional societies/associations, industry events, and ultimately establish and expand the client base in the designated area. The ideal candidate should also possess strong analytical skills to develop strategy, analyze sales data, and identify performance gaps that need action. In this role you will also be required to work and develop marketing materials, conferences, and engage with senior management & HR in customer organizations. We are looking for a strong collaborator, someone who knows when to bring key stakeholders to achieve results and increase business opportunities. Must be action oriented.


Experience and Requirements:
· B.S. in Business, Psychology or Finance
· 3+ years of B2B Sales, Sales Management, Business Management
· Salesforce/CRM experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· High Emotional Intelligence; Empathetic and Positive Mind-Set
· Goal and results-driven; healthy, competitive drive
· Detail-oriented, methodical, organized, and able to prioritize
· Ability to work cross-functionally
· Entrepreneurial-spirit and mindset; able to shift gears and priorities with ease
· Relationship-builder and good liaison
· Analytical, data-driven, reports executor; able to interpret pricing, margins, and discounting impacts on the business
