Long Term Programs have become more and more important to support our new sales of gas turbines as well as to grow and ensure future business with our customers. For many customers, reliable maintenance concepts and long term maintenance commitments are equally or even more important for their selection of equipment as the features of the new equipment itself. The Programs contribute with substantial revenues for extensive periods and give us at Siemens unique opportunities for long term planning and budgeting, but most of all they give us the opportunity to establish long and close relationships with our customers. 

In order to handle large number of projects, we need to recruit a sales manager to handle projects in a dedicated region. This position will support sales of new equipment, but most of all will focus on to growing our service business. In this position you will be responsible for development, driving and closing these opportunities.  This position is very independent and means a lot of external and internal contacts.  In order to become successful communication skills, own initiatives, flexibility, self motivation and a lot of energy will be required.

 Who are you?
* Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree
* Experience from sales and marketing of complex products and/or services preferably related to power plants
* High knowledge about power plants and particularly gas turbines
* High capability to communicate and express yourself verbally and in writing in English and preferably in Swedish
* Capability to communicate professionally in German, Spanish or French will be advantageous
