In your role as a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling high value products to a global market. Therefore, we will prioritize candidates with previous experience of Sales in an international market. The daily working tasks are diversified and can be challenging, as you will be responsible for finding the right technical and commercial solution to meet our customer’s needs. As a Mods&Ups Sales manager, you must be a team player as the role includes a lot of interaction with colleagues both within SIE AB and regions.


Your profile
Engineering background and solid product knowledge of our MGT-units.
Experience from Gas turbines/ Power plants.
Commercial experience, either from Sales or Project management.
International business and negotiating experience.
You have an ability to act strategically, listen and understand the customers’ needs and a drive to close the deal.
Multi languages. You will be expected to work in several interfaces internally and direct with the end customer and therefore, high cooperation skills and high skill of the English language, both written and spoken is required. An additional langue is an advantage.

Your responsibilities:
Manage complex Sales projects from an identified opportunity until the contract closing, including hand over to the project organization.
Present, discuss and negotiate your proposal with different stakeholders within the customers organization.
Manage a mix of ongoing projects with different complexity.
Take an active part of the departments ongoing process development to ensure continuously improvements.
This role requires travelling in order to meet with customers and representatives in the regions, expect to travel 30-50 days per year.
