As our Sales Manager for Business Area HVAC and Building Automation, Nordic, you will play an important part in our continued growth and directly contribute to our continued success. We are looking for a hungry, motivated, and business-oriented Sales Manager to support and manage our HVAC & Building Automation business. The position is based in our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden, and reports directly to our Business Area Manager for HVAC and Building Automation.

The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about sales, driven by the challenge of finding new customers and creating business. Your most important role is to identify new sales prospects. It would also be meriting if you have previous experience of the HVAC or Building Automation industry.

A part of being successful in this role is participate in various network forums, in industry events, visiting customers and trade shows, all to build networks and create new sales and long-term relationships.

You will be part of a team that takes pride in its open-minded and collaborative culture. As an employee at LumenRadio you will also contribute to build a high performing company with a culture of accountability and trust whilst contributing to Wireless Without Worries.

The position includes travel, mainly within the Nordics.

Responsibilities

• Identifying sales prospects
• Process both prospects and customers by booking meetings, calling, create, send, and follow up commercial offers and quotations
• Lead follow-up
• Visiting customers and trade show/exhibitions
• Documentation of sales work in CRM system
• Customer set-up in ERP system
• Represent the company at various sales meetings, training sessions, trade shows or events to promote the company, as required

Qualifications

You need to have good business sense, be able to think outside the box and a desire to help customers develop their business. You find it easy to understand how LumenRadio’s technology can create new opportunities and value for the customer.

To make the story of LumenRadio successful we believe that you have

• 3-4 years’ experience in sales
• Technical higher education or equivalent education or experience
• Drive and ability to sell creative solutions to new markets
• Driven by meeting customers F2F
• Track record in sales and closing deals
• Proficient in written, oral, presentation and closing skills
• Stakeholder management
• Swedish and English written and spoken
• Driver’s license

In this position, we also believe that you would benefit from experience in

• Experience from at tech organization
• Previous experience of the HVAC or Building Automation industry
• Experience from working in a global organization
• Proficient Business acumen
• Having worked with technical sales or if you have worked as a customer-facing applications engineer or as a technical project manager
