Key Accountabilities:
• Strategic Planning: Prepare plans and actions aligning with our business goals in the Nordic Region.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target customers and asset owners.
• Distribution Partner Management: Oversee all aspects of distribution partners to maximize growth and meet budgetary targets.
• Account Planning: Develop annual account plans for distribution partners in the region.
• Budget Management: Establish annual budgets for sales and margin in collaboration with the CCO.
• Market Insights: Identify market trends, opportunities, and risks in the region.
• Team Management: Prioritize and delegate tasks to the customer service team.
• CRM Utilization: Effectively use CRM tools for sales management.
• Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales pipeline forecasts.
• Pricing and Margin Control: Manage pricing levels and customer margins.
• Customer Relationship: Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders in various departments, including Operations, Finance, HR, and Procurement.
• Sales Support: Offer timely and effective sales support to customers.
• Reporting: Present monthly business/sales reports and forecasts.
• Customer Training: Organize training sessions for customers as needed.
• Product Knowledge: Understand customer needs and inform them about available products and services.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders across all Cubis sites.


Who are you?
A successful candidate will possess a proven track record in regional/Nordics sales within the (solutions) industry.
Also demonstrate the ability to consistently achieve sales targets, while also fostering the growth of revenue and the customer base.
Strong customer-oriented and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Experience in analyzing and following up on Key Performance Indicators is a valuable asset.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
The candidate should exhibit strong negotiation and sales skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is expected.
Attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy, is highly valued.
CRM and formal sales training would be advantageous for this position.
Effective time and project management skills are essential qualities we are looking for in a candidate.

We think you should have a degree in Sales, Business Administration, Business Management, or a relevant field, along with prior experience as a Field Sales Manager in a similar environment.
