Sales Manager Nordics at IsaDora in Malmö

ASSIGNMENTS
As a Sales Manager Nordics you’ll be responsible for the sales to the Nordic Markets outside Sweden and manage two of the Nordic Key Accounts. You’ll be a part of the team that manages the sales to all Nordic markets in a transparent and flat organizational structure. You will manage distributors in the main markets and make sure they implement launches, marketing plans and commercial activities in a way that ensures the best outcome.
You will mainly perform tasks such as:
Continue IsaDora’s international expansion, with responsibility for defined geographic international markets and distributors in these markets.
Analysis of sales, market and financial data and use these findings to drive commercial and sales initiatives.
Define and follow-up on market plans for each market and proactively identify and drive new market opportunities.
Responsible for developing, operating and obtaining sales budgets per market.
Maintain relationships with distributor partners and Nordic Key Accounts, review agreed KPIs with distributors and deliver updates on targeted KPIs progress.
Recommend improvements in route to market and be part of distributor tenders and negotiations.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive in the role as Sales Manager Nordics you have previous experience in working with sales. You have good negotiation skills and an ability to analyze information and take initiatives. Furthermore you are a curious person that enjoys communicating in several stages as well as working cross functionally. In addition, you are a driven and ambitious person with an international mindset who enjoys new challenges in a varied environment. You have great analytical skills and as a person you are action-oriented and proactive. Nevertheless, it is of greatest importance that you are a team player.
Important for the position:
Sales experience, preferably from cosmetics or other FMCG categories.
Experience in working with a distributor set-up, either from working at a distributor or from managing sales through distributors.
Good negotiation experience and good analytical skills within price and sales analysis.
Flexible and change ready as IsaDora is on a transformation journey.
Excellent communication skills, including a high level of English language skills
Proficient in various computer skills.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The position as Sales Manager Nordics is a recruitment where you are employed directly by Isadora for a 12 months position during a parental leave with possible extension for the right person. The role is preferably located in Malmö where the head office is based, but with flexibility of hybrid working policy from another location a couple of days per week.
