About the position

Migaya Retail Sweden AB is looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager for the Picard B2B and who is driven by doing business. We are in a strong development phase where you have the opportunity to be involved and influence the business's continued results. The Sales Manager will lead our B2B sales team (inhouse & 3rd party) and report to Country Manager. At the head office, located in the center of Stockholm, we work together in a positive spirit.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Manager (SM) is responsible for supervising and organizing the business to business (B2B) activity. The SM is in charge of managing B2B sales by developing business plans and strategies, reaching targets with clients and sales force, and coordinating with the marketing team. Other duties are to negotiate and follow up agreements with existing partners and initiate new businesses in B2B and negotiate these.The SM is also overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales targets, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of sales people.Further, the SM will lead and coach Migayas B2B sales team consisting of a Sales & Brand Representative and an Administrative Sales Assistant. The SM maintains the database of the products and offer new product introduction to the B2B business in line with what the market needs.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years’ experience in B2B FMCG Sales, with documented good sales results.
- Negotiation skills
- Result oriented
- Financially aware
- Leadership experience
- Products management experience
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
- Used to take responsibility and drive processes
