HORIBA Sweden is the leading supplier of precision instruments for measurement and analytical applications in the Nordics. Now we are looking for a new Sales Manager, who can develop, market, and sell our Process & Environmental technology in the Scandinavian market.
HORIBA Process & Environmental provides a wide range of technologies to measure air, water, and soil quality. Thanks to its measurement technologies that comply with environmental regulations. Thus, your clients are in business areas such as thermal power generation, waste to energy power generation, biomass power generation, industrial and medical gas production, iron and steel production, petrochemical industry, water quality and environmental impact assessment.
You have the ability to inspire the clients, both through your product knowledge and your commitment. Therefore, you have vision and a great interest in sustainable, forward-looking technology.
As Sales Manager at HORIBA Sweden, you have a varied job in an international and expanding work environment. You work independently and proactively with each business in a branch with short and fast decision-making processes and with a team of colleagues who always support you in a collegial manner.
We are looking for a Sales Manager who is an influencing networker. With integrity, you have the ability to take initiative, cooperate, and, at the same time, be persistent as well as stress-tolerant. Above all, you are always dependable towards your clients.

Responsibilities
Marketing and sales within the HORIBA Process & Environmental segment
Identify and develop sales opportunities within the segment
Optimize sales and profit goals
Management of complete sales projects, from inquiry to cash in
Contract negotiation
Technical and commercial advice to our customers
Develop customer-specific solutions in collaboration with our technical departments
Ongoing customer communication, customer meetings, and product presentations
Prospecting new customers
Continuously monitor and analyze the market, including the competitive situation
Demonstrate our application solutions at trade shows, events, and seminars
Develop initiatives for achieving these and implementing them
Work closely with HORIBA's management, R&D, and marketing functions

Qualifications
Experience in a similar role within technical sales
Experience in analyzer principles
Proven understanding of international business culture
Travel required
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word,
Power Point, Excel, CRM, and Digital Marketing
Higher education in chemical engineering or similar
Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English
Proficiency in German and/or French (advantageous)
