We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive AmphoChems Personal Care Business Segment.
About the Position
As our Sales Manager you will be both ambassador and responsible for the Personal Care Segment. You will support existing customers and grow internal as well as external networks. You will prospect, expand the Segment, grow the sales of our new product categories and ensure professional implementations at our customers.
A key role in delivering profitable and sustainable value to the market.
Your position will also involve implementing sales strategies and we will turn to you, to assess customers' needs and businesses in order to produce compelling value propositions.
About you
• You have 5 years of experience from high-end chemical, ingredients and/or surfactants B2B Sales and/or Sales / Lab Management in the personal care industry.
• We believe you have been leading / or been a art of a Segment expansion
• Comfortable in working both autonomously and as a teamplayer.
• You love to also contribute in the lab, looking for solutions as a market request respond. I.e. You contribute and impact in all stages making progress
• A Chemical degree (or work in this field and have a huge knowledge and interest)
Skills
We are looking for a result-oriented and quality-driven business person with a natural, trustworthy personality
• Used to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders
• Used to collaborate and solve problems with a team
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Have a sensce for details understanding your clients as well as end-users
• Have a passion for the business and keeps you and the team updated on trends
Preferably you live in Gothenburg with easy access to our Headquarters in Gothenburg. Most important for us is your skills, experiences, drives and personality and that you have an easy access to Gothenburg as well as the rest of the Nordic Countries - your main focus in this position.
