We are looking for a Sales Manager to Selfly Store by Stora Enso to join our international sales team. The location of the position is flexible in Sweden, Norway or Denmark and not limited to the stated locations. This role involves some travelling and you will report in this role to Sales Director, Selfly Store.

Selfly Store by Stora Enso is a complete, easy to set up solution that enables our customers to run their own unmanned self-service micro-stores. Its most visible part is the Selfly Intelligent Cabinet, which is currently available in two versions: Fridge and Fresh (= room temperature). Selfly Intelligent Cabinet is a high-tech unit that includes a central computer, a payment terminal, RFID antennas & reader as well as an integrated 4G model for constant connectivity. All products sold out of the fridge are equipped with RFID tags for item-level identification. The Selfly Intelligent Cabinet, as well as other supporting equipment belonging to the solution, are always connected to the Selfly Cloud service through which the entire fleet of equipment can be managed, monitored and analysed. Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager you will be focusing on key customers in the Scandinavia. You will be specializing in sales planning and execution including channel partnering, new sales generation and key account management. The position is a mix of hunting and farming sales approaches, combined with a passion for technology in retail.
Channel partnering and new sales generation entails:
Prospecting and contacting potential channel partners and end-customers with aim to sell Selfly Store solution.
Evangelising the vision of food 4.0 with disruptive technologies and tailoring concrete business and project proposals to our partner companies driving the change with us.
Collaborating with wider sales team and managing frequent sales forecasting, reporting, and providing insights from the market.
Account management entails:
Monitoring sales progress and customer satisfaction in regional accounts.
Identifying sales opportunities for re-sell.
Preparing and executing account and sales plans.

Who we are looking for
To succeed in this role, you have solid sales mindset with proven track-record of business development and working with channel sales. We hope you to have solution driven attitude with ability to deliver excellent customer service. You have extensive network of prospects and skills to foster it forward. Furthermore, you have experience in managing key accounts and work with internal and external stakeholders as well as good understanding of financial KPIs. Previous experience from SaaS or HoReCa sector is an asset.
As a person, you are proactive and driven to make things happen. You have excellent negotiation, communication and collaboration skills, and an ability to establish relationships and influence people at all levels and across organizational boundaries. We expect you to be able to communicate fluently in English, other language skills, such as Finnish or Swedish, are considered as an advantage.
