SALES MANAGER

With us you will be working globally. In-line with the strategic ambition of the company the role has a commercial responsibility to develop our product portfolio on the market. You will develop and work with strategic plans and analyse data to find ways to be successful, but also inspect deviations in sales to find out the facts behind the variation. This covers the full range from finding new customers, managing our team of agents, create formal contracts, manage price levels and margins, volumes, product development, analyse and reporting regarding performance.

• Managing existing end customer portfolio to achieve overall strategic plan
• Manage team of global agents, set targets, monitor performance
• Develop new agents in geographic or product areas where we are not currently represented
• Development of new customer opportunities for business growth
• Investigate business opportunities in terms of product development in cooperation with Product Management, for new and existing customers.
• Responsibility for management of prices, and payment terms, in conjunction with Customer Service
• Ensure that all information about offers, pricelists, contracts and customer agreements are visible for the Customer Service function within the IT system
• Be the link between customer and Signode in terms of business and relation problems.
• Reporting of business performance.
• Involvement in creation of annual plan, and other strategic planning activities and taking ownership of the deliverables

YOU!

You have similar experience working in sales and are willing to put in the effort required to get the job done. As well as direct customers, you will be working with and managing agents in Europe to maximize the impact of our sales network and will monitor good and bad performance, we believe this requires leadership skills and experience. We are looking for you to have a genuine passion for sales, and a desire to be working in a global environment. You need to be solution-oriented with a drive to succeed. You are a flexible person with an attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

• Good organisational skills and able to work in a structured way to meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate at multiple levels both externally and internally within Signode
• Ability to work individually and as part of a multi functional team
• Fluency in Swedish and English both written and spoken
• Willingness and flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
