We are a fast-growing company that is changing the way people think about solar energy. Our innovative approach to solar panel sales is what sets us apart, and we're looking for a Sales Manager to lead our team of sales staff.
Responsibilities:
Set up and manage a sales team of 5 staff with the responsibility of growing it to 10
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Train and mentor team members to reach their full potential
Manage customer relationships and develop new business opportunities
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a sales manager or similar leadership role
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Knowledge of solar panel sales or related industries is a plus
