About the job

We are looking for a Sales Manager, who will be responsible for Polarium Sales development and growth of targeted customers in South East Asia.

As a Sales Manager at Polarium, you must strive for Sales growth towards global and regional customers, according to Polarium´s strategy and growth plan. You also need to understand the customer’s needs and what´s important for them to be successful in this role. The position is based in Manilla, Philippines and extensive businesss trips will occurr within the region.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for account management of Key customers and ensure excellent
customer satisfaction.
- Present and sell Polarium’s product portfolio including related services meeting the Customer needs.
- Plan and organize customer program activities to meet set objectives.
- Establish and maintain customer relations and cooperate with internal stakeholders.
- Manage the customer relation throughout the project life cycle in cooperation with other departments within Polarium.
- Maximize both present and long-term sales and profitability.


Who are you?

We are looking for a self-going person with the capability to see the big picture. You have a strong technical background combined with a strong commercial and sales driven mindset. We believe you have at least 5 years experience in B2B sales and account management positions, preferably in Telecom energy storage and power supply field. We also believe you enjoy a fast-growing corporate environment. 

Qualifications and experience:

- Experience in selling power solutions to telecom customers.
- Account management with technical products.
- Able to build and maintain relationships.
- Master or bachelor´s degree in relevant education.
- High internal structure and drive.
- Excellent people skills and a good-natured competitive spirit.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Self motivated and highly disciplined
- Go getter and winning attitude is highly desirable
