We are now looking for a driven, goal focused Sales Manager for our Swedish region.

Sales Manager – Sweden

The Sales Manager will be responsible for our sales organisation of physical information storage in Sweden and based at our Stockholm office. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing our existing team of driven Sales Executives, Account Managers and Key Account Managers. Through leading by example, you will be responsible for developing, motivating and seeing that targets are achieved by the sales team. By building a personal understanding for each sales person, you will be able to see that KPIs are achieved and drive a maintained positive, supportive and team player environment. As a Sales Manager you will have a responsibility for a number of named accounts as well as selling to and acquiring new customers for Recall. Key aspects here will be to build strong network relations with our customers to ensure a support system built around our customer needs. In your role you will be supported by proven working methods and competent colleagues.

Your profile – Skills

The right candidate possesses excellent interpersonal skills and earns respect through leading by example. Preferably you have previous experience of motivating and developing a sales team within solution based sales. As a person, you are driven and ambitious in ensuring that objectives and goals are met, but take an empathetic approach in driving results. You operate always with integrity and are skilled in working closely with different personalities.

 The right candidate will be able to develop successful sales strategies, and manage the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organisation, also working closely with the internal and external stakeholders. Importantly you have a high energy level, you are self-motivated, proactive and with a proven ability to learn by doing and multi-tasking.

 Your capabilities


Minimum of 2 years’ experience of solution sales with complex solutions and 3 years´ experience of management.
Fluent in Swedish and English
Swedish driving license
