Franke region Nordic is now looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Manager Sweden.
About the Job
As a Sales Manager Sweden you are responsible for management and development of the Swedish local sales team. In the job you lead your team to identify growth areas and manage risks to maximize our market share and profitability and ensure that your team supports the Nordic strategic (Nordic KAM and Business Areas of construction / building) on a local bases with frequent internal alignment.
Areas of responsibility:
* Manage the sales team, including setting and reviewing performance objectives, with a clear focus on employee engagement
* Set and follow strategy related to the country accounts
* Ensure a strong channel management that maximizes the sales and profitability, by respecting the total Franke Nordic channel management
* Manage your teams to develop and implement a comprehensive Go-to-Market plans, which maximises market share across all product categories
* Overall responsible to ensure local country coordinate, planning and forecasting activities within the channel, with particular focus on new products and promotional activity
* Drive the implementation of Sales Excellence and other Franke group initiatives within the channel
* Work closely with the Technical Sales Managers to ensure complete alignment to the channel objectives/initiatives between internal and external sales
* KAM role for the biggest local country accounts when required
Who are you?
You have a solid background within kitchen ventilation and/or kitchen such as furniture, sinks & taps with a proven track record. You have several years of experience in managing and motivating teams within a sales environment, including objective setting and team development. You are used to and have a demonstrable ability to introduce new product categories into new and existing sales channels. You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Google Apps and CRM. Besides being fluent in Swedish and English you are confident in writing reports and undertaking presentations.
As a person you have strong analytic and numerical skills. You are able to work under pressure and have the ability to deliver results while maintaining the highest level of integrity. As a leader you have the ability to engage, develop and motivate a high performing sales team, you have strong time management, project management and delegation skills.
The role will require a degree of travelling and flexibility in order to meet customer demands.
