Don’t stop reading, we are searching for our next Sales Manager for one of our major markets – Sweden. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is an engaged leader with a commercial mindset and wants to join a growing and exciting business. 

Building and developing long-term relationships  
As Sales Manager for Sweden within Business Line Applications, you are country responsible for all sales and will be the one driving revenue, profit, market share and growth this market. You will be the direct leader for the sales team containing Key Account Managers and Account Managers. You will also manage a number of key accounts as well as influencing internal stakeholders and functions. 
Customers are across various sectors, e.g. utilities, wholesalers, renewables, contractors and installers.  You have colleagues in sales, product management and customer services who will support you with quotations and customer care. You report directly to VP Head of Northern Europe and North America. 
Your tasks mainly focus on:
•    Direct and lead sales team of 8 employees
•    Being responsible for revenue, margins, performance, people management as well as safety and engagement
•    Build and develop long-term relationships with customers
•    Be part of developing the market of renewables
•    Develop growth, profit and customers according to sales and growth plan
•    Drive sales related matters in the local management team to ensure strong P&L performance for the business unit
•    Manage a number of key accounts  
•    Establish sales processes 
You have your office at home but will frequently interact with our production sites in Falun, Sweden as well as clients across Sweden. 
Ability to create engagement and work cross functionally 
As a person, you have a positive and inspiring attitude towards your work tasks and surroundings. We are searching for someone who is a strong leader with a proven ability to create a high performing team through engagement. In addition we believe that you have a track record of increasing sales, profitability and market shares and the ability to positively engage other people and build long-term relationships.
Your CV also includes:
•    An educational background within business management, commercial or sales
•    Extensive B2B sales experience, preferably cables or from the power industry
•    Successful management experience from similar position
•    Proven record of increased sales growth and profit
•    Manage diverse teams and broad range of client needs
•    Language skills: Fluent in Swedish and a high level of both written and verbal English is required
•    Great IT knowledge, experience from C4C and SAP(ERP) is an advantage
