We are recruiting a Sales Manager to lead the Sales, Key Account and Contact Center team at Däckia. In this role you will have a close collaboration with Däckia Operations team and report directly to Operations Director at Pirelli/Däckia. You will be responsible and supporting within Sales strategic planning and analysis of the local market, with specific attention to both internal and external relationships.
Main responsibilities:
Collect and share important market information with the rest of the organization.
Responsible to analyze sales and profitability results.
Responsible to represent the Däckia Sales team towards the Däckia POS and Däckia Partner, as well as within Pirelli Tyre Nordic.
Responsible to support the Däckia go-to market strategy.
Responsible to launch and manage sales projects.
People Management with clear communication, lead and develop the people you supervise.
Identify and develop the business opportunities.
Responsible of customer interaction and maintain proper and profitable relations with key customers.

Who are you?
You have a significant (3-5) years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive/tire industry, and a University degree in relevant field (Business Management, Sales). Good understanding for complex sales and experience of leading and motivating teams is a requirement. You have an analytical and digital mindset and a good business & financial acumen.
You have a high level of competence in digital tools to use on the go. If you are used to working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Lime and the Office365 package, this is an advantage.
You are fluent in the Swedish and English language.
Driving license (B) is a requirement.
To be successful in the role, you are structured, analytical with an agile mindset, and enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. You are a commercially driven and quality conscious problem-solver. Social skills and enjoy networking and building relations, and to easily adapt to different surroundings and stakeholders, is a key for success.
You have a good business and financial understanding and are motivated by a role where you can contribute to the business.
You also need to be open for travelling on a regular basis, including overnights from time to time.

The basis for the successes are dedicated and knowledgeable employees and partners. In 2019, the company had sales for 700 million sek and employed around 300 employees. During high season, Däckia employs 500 employees.
From May 2020, the companies are working in an integrated operation in Kista Science Tower.
