- Implement process improvements for outbound messaging and strategy
- Recruit, develop, coach and lead the sales team
- Improve and build scalable processes
- Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations
- Provide clear visibility on revenue performance
- Develop and own KPI’s, supervise the activity of the team and track results.
- Be accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition at high rates of growth
- Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based skills through all facets of the sales cycle
- Play a personal and direct role in building and maintaining enduring customer relationships
- Inspire, motivate and enable personal- and career-development of the team and the business
- Work collaboratively an cross-functionally across the organisation to help shape Mindmore’s products and solution to meet customer needs
- Participate in industry events to help support positive market awareness


Your profile
- 3+ years experience in sales management
- 3+ years of experience in leadership
- Entrepreneurial and well aware of the benefits of preparations
- Structured and organized, but hands-on
- Team player with a passion for coaching
- Flexible and thrives in fast paced environments
- Likes to think outside the box
- Open minded and communicative
- Solution oriented and result driven A big bonus if you have worked within or closely to the healthcare industry!
