This company is one of Europe’s largest mobile communication development units with has global responsibility for research and development, focusing on Innovation, new businesses, software development, European operator partners and Customer services. Their employees are contributing to the development of Smartphones, Visual Products, IoT-solutions and new business domains.

Job Description
You will have the responsibility to help define and implement the sales strategy that ensures the scale-up of the business, together with the Head of division you will drive the sales and manage the key accounts in the targeted markets. Together with marketing and customer service form a very strong customer facing business unit. You will report directly to the division head.

Your responsibilities:

• Help define and scale a successful sales strategy for the solution and execute on it
• Find, collaborate and negotiate with new business partners mainly in the European market
• Support department with business intelligence
• Analyze and define customer target list
• Find, collaborate and negotiate with new business Partners and potential customers globally

This role is based in Lund, Sweden and may include frequent travel at times.

Qualifications
- Experience from complex IT technology
- Experienced in partner collaboration and negotiation
- Experienced in defining and executing sales strategy
- Experience from the start-up community is a merit
- Experience in IT Security or Telecom market is a strong merit
- International business experience is a strong merit

Admission and Application
