We are looking for a fearless individual who sees opportunities instead of obstacles and wants to be part of a great team at Algol Chemicals for expanding and developing chemicals sales within our Scandinavian Business Unit. YOU WILL
In the role as Sales Manager, you will acquire and develop existing and new accounts, with the goal to establish good and long-term customer relations. You will be responsible for our products in our Metal treatment segment and visit our customer on-site in Scandinavia. You are expected to develop our existing accounts, identifying sales leads, promoting products and bringing business home. Another part is to analyze and prepare business cases for new sales opportunities and to build up product and supplier portfolio. At your assistance you have our team of customer service professionals that assist and support the sales.
In addition, you will join and work closely together with colleges in the Metal treatment segment team across all countries in the Nordic and Baltic region. You will report directly to our BU director for Scandinavia.
YOUR PROFILE
You have a degree within chemistry, technical sciences, business administration or equivalent. You have previous experience of working in B2B sales, preferably in metal surface treatment. Experience with electroplating or other metal coating is an advantage. Some past link to chemistry or chemicals is a must (education or work experience).
As a person, you have a strong sales drive and are thrilled by delivering growth. You are eager to learn, structured and have a good eye for details. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. You will be based at your home office or/and at our Malmö sales office or at our Kvarntorp site near Örebro.
