BMW Motorrad Finland within BMW Group Northern Europe is now recruiting a Sales Manager. The position as Sales Manager Motorrad will be responsible for the overall BMW Motorrad business in Finland. This is an essential role in one of the world's most successful corporate groups within the automotive industry.

Arbetsuppgifter

As Sales Manager Motorrad Finland you will have a key role in the BMW Motorrad. The position reports to Motorrad Manager Northern Europe and is located in Silverdal, Sollentuna. The position entails travelling.

The Sales Manager Motorrad Finland will be responsible for:
- sales and support to the dealers
- dealer development
- marketing planning
- responsible for sales of parts, accessories and riders equipment
- regular information and training of the dealers
- follow up on customers direct questions and complaints
- dealer profitability
- act as Key Account Manager and voice of market.

Utbildning/erfarenhet

To meet the demands of the Sales Manager Finland role you have experience from marketing and sales. You also have experience from the automotive industry. Motorcycle experience is a must as well as experience from a franchise system and a Nordic organization. You are also interested in and have a good knowledge of motorcycles and business. You communicate well in a variety of situations. In your role you are confident and reliable as well as flexible when necessary. You express yourself very well verbally and written in Finnish and English. It's expected that you have good skills in use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

To achieve success within this role, you are a person driven by your own internal motivation. You work independently and are able to manage and prioritize in a high workflow. You are not afraid to make decisions. You have good management skills, are structured, analytical and accurate. You act in a professional and structured way to achieve your goals and those of the company. In your position you strive to keep a high service level towards dealers and internally.

BMW Group Northern Europe coordinates and provides support to operations in the Nordic national sales companies, as well as at authorized dealers in the Nordic counties. BMW Group has about 145 employees and 160 authorized BMW and MINI dealers as well as repair shops in the Nordic. In 2013 more than 30,000 BMW were sold, 3000 MINI and approximately 2,200 motorcycles in the Nordic markets.
