YOU WILL

Our presence in various geographical regions, our technical services and a wide range of chemical products allow us to offer first-class services to our customers. We are now expanding and developing our customer relationships and our portfolio within our segments Pharma and Personal Care. You will be responsible for our existing customers, developing new accounts and understanding our customer´s needs which shall result on long-term sustainable growth. In addition to your sales tasks, you will be part of products development, purchasing, planning and decision making. Preferably, you are located close to the Nordic HQ in Malmö and your customers will be based in Sweden.

Your main responsibilities:

- Work closely with colleagues as well as the principals, to successfully create business opportunities and often tailored concepts specific to the customer´s need
- Negotiating with both customers and suppliers
- Maintain and develop customer relationships and supplier management
- Maintain profitable growth and develop sales in line with budget and strategy
- Actively ensure that the products meet client’s requirements / expectations and provide support on product development and other technical issues.

YOU ARE

We are looking for a driven and passionate colleague that is highly motivated to work with sales. The role requires you to be committed and without prestige, as well getting motivation from creating business. We also believe that you are confident in yourself and that you possess a well-developed business interest as well as good negotiation and communication skills. You thrive in customer meetings and can easily establish long-term relationships.

To be successful in this role, you need to be comfortable in a growing entrepreneurial organization with high ambitions. You also need have a strong desire to develop the business together with your colleagues. We expect you to have prior experience of sales within the segments of Pharma or Personal Care. Experience in the distribution of chemicals and/or chemical sales and understanding of the chemical value chains is a merit. Finally, you need to be fluent in English and Swedish verbally and written.
