We, at Components in Ludvika, are looking for a Sales Manager to join our bushings and tap changers team! We are a unit within the transformer business, supplying world class components to transformer manufacturers worldwide. We are proud of our product portfolio, our global customer base as well as our modern production unit. Our strong ambition will always be to be our customers’ preferred choice of supply and hope that you will play a key role.
Your responsibilities
Manage, inspire and coach a team of sales professionals located in Sweden and Switzerland
Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions
Planning, developing and delivering the marketing strategy for products/services
Establishing a high collaboration environment with stakeholders internally and externally
Make sure sales targets are reached by effective sale and business initiatives
Living our core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Your background
Leadership experience in Sales with a proven ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends
As you will be working in a global environment, fluency in English, written and spoken alike is required
On a personal level, you are a self-motivated and reliable team player with an independent and result oriented working style, as well as strong communicative and collaborative skills
You will have the ability to support, coach and motivate teams as well as the drive and energy needed to reach results
To be successful in the role we see that you should have strong negotiation and closing skills as well as commercial experience
You hold a university degree within relevant field and/or similar work experience
