Sales Manager to EMG International

As the sales manager you will be responsible for building and developing a strong and motivated core team of talent. Growing and maximizing the potential of said talent with one to one coaching and working with the sales director to continuously refine and adapt the sales process to optimize acquisition and customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage an existing team of SDR’s, CSM’s, New biz reps and AM’s
- Be responsible for the team's revenue and account growth
- Develop market knowledge within the US and UK professional training segments
- Be able to contribute with market leading knowledge of sales processes, KPIs, CRM utilization and go to market strategies

Who are we looking for?

- You are someone who gets things done
- Having a proven track record in sales management
- Knowledge and experience in online sales is advantageous
- Knowledge and experience in Education marketing is adv
- You are a great English speaker
