YOU WILL

This is a great opportunity to be part of an international organization with offices in 16 countries and considerable market share within the plastic industry. In this role, you can choose to work from our offices either in Gothenburg, Stockholm or from your home office.

You will be responsible for developing new customers but also to look after existing accounts in Sweden. In addition to your sales tasks, you will be making decisions regarding purchasing planning and participate in negotiations with suppliers. You will report to Business Line Director located in Finland.

Main responsibilities:

- Develop new sales opportunities within the Swedish market
- Negotiating with both customers and suppliers
- Maintain and develop customer relationships
- Maintain profitable growth and develop sales in line with budget and strategy
- Set-up purchase and safety stocks planning mechanism with your colleagues

YOU ARE

In this role you need to be self-driven with a great technical interest. You have at least a couple of years’ experiences of technical sales from this industry. Due to the complexity of the products, we would ideally like you to have large network within plastic distribution. You are eager to visit your clients, you love to close deals and hold great negotiations skills.

Required skills:

- Experience from either volume or technical plastics
- Project work experience
- Technical B2B sales experience
- Proven track record from sales
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure
- Language skills – English and Swedish
