The position: As the sales manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing a strong and motivated core team of 4 talents. Growing and maximizing the potential of said talent with one-to-one coaching and working with the sales director to continuously refine and adapt the sales process to optimize acquisition and customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage an existing team of CSM’s, New biz reps and 2 AM’s.

- Be responsible for the team's revenue and account growth.

- Develop market knowledge within France professional training segments.

- Be able to contribute with market leading knowledge of sales processes, KPIs, CRM utilization and go to market strategies.

Who are we looking for?

- You are someone who gets things done.

- Having a proven track record in sales management.

- Knowledge and experience in online sales is advantageous.

- Knowledge and experience in Education marketing is advantageous.

- You are a French native speaker.
