Sales Manager Western Europe at IsaDora in Malmö

ASSIGNMENTS
As Sales Manager Western Europe you will be responsible for several of IsaDora's key markets, with focus on Germany. You will work both with existing customers and new ones. IsaDora is on an expanding journey and therefore you will work with broadening the distribution on existing markets, within physical retail and OMNI. This position is a key role in IsaDora's expandation and you will be able to make a great impact on IsaDoras journey forward. Sales Manager Western Europe is a part of IsaDoras Western Europe team.
You will mainly perform tasks such as:
Work proactively and operationally to identify and create new business opportunities in line with IsaDora's growth strategy.
Work closely with existing customers, to deepen partnership and find new opportunities to grow sales
Create seasonal activity plans together with key accounts, to secure strong brand presence and increased sales
Analysis of sales, market and financial data and use these findings to drive commercial and sales initiatives.
Define and follow-up on market plans for each market and proactively identify and drive new market opportunities.
Responsible for developing, operating, and obtaining sales budgets per market.
Work closely with the marketing division in questions about brand and profiling.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive in the role as Sales Manager Western Europe you have previous experience in working with sales. You have good negotiation skills and an ability to analyze information and take initiatives. Furthermore, you are a curious person that enjoys communicating in several stages as well as working cross functionally. In addition, you are a driven and ambitious person with an international mindset who enjoys new challenges in a varied environment. You have great analytical skills and as a person you are action-oriented and proactive. Nevertheless, it is of greatest importance that you are a team player.
Important for the position:
Sales experience within retail, preferably from cosmetics or other FMCG categories and within OMNI.
Good negotiation experience and good analytical skills within price and sales analysis.
Flexible and change ready as IsaDora is on a transformation journey.
Excellent communication skills, including a high level of English language skills
Meritorious with language skills in German.
Proficient in various computer skills.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The position as Sales Manager Western Europe is a recruitment where you are employed directly by Isadora. The role is located in Malmö where the head office is based, but with flexibility of hybrid working policy from another location a couple of days per week.
