Sales & Marketing Manager

Major international company is establishing a local subsidiary in Malmö and is looking for highly motivated staff.Are you ready for this challenge and join them right from the start?Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers of liquid carton packaging systems.The organisation has global presence and a workforce of ca.4,700 employees.Due to increasing business and ambitious goals in Scandinavia and the Baltic countries, a local sales, service and marketing office will be based in Malmö as from 1 April 2008.Sales & Marketing Manager In this job, the emphasis is clearly on sales.You will be the key contact person to our existing customers.Next to existing customers, you will also need to acquire new customers in our territory.Frequent travelling is necessary.Regarding the marketing activities market transparency is key.Market trends need to be monitored closely from which the company's future market and communications strategy for Scandinavia and the Baltics can be defined.This position offers a variety of tasks as well as managing international business relationships, capital investment projects and room for personal development. Candidate Profile: -Proven track-record/sales & marketing experience in business-to-business - Education minimum bachelor s degree commercial graduate - Experience minimum 5 years - Affinity with technique - Languages: Swedish, Finnish, English must, German distinctive advantage.- Good knowledge of MS Office, Power Point, knowledge of SAP is an advantage.- Frequent travelling necessary in Scandinavia & Baltic countries - Good presentation skills - Active attitude - Independant, flexible, accurate, open, informal - Stressresistant Our client offers a dynamic international working environment.The office is located in Malmö.You will be part of a small team in a big organisation with great possibilities for development.You will be offered the chance to work right from the start in a company with a strong international character.Send your application including cv and a personal letter not later than November 11.
