SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

The Sales & Marketing Manager position is truly one of the only specialists in the building. It is critical for this person to understand the intricacies of the cafe and retail sides of the business, as this is the "product" that they are actually selling. However, their responsibilities are going to be very different than the rest of the managers.and may be different that what you are used to.


Main Job Specification:

- Developing and delivering overall Sales & Marketing Plan, including advertising, researching, prospecting, developing & maintaining a strong account base.
- Maintaining the client contact information through the Sales Database.
- Creating strong Guest Referral programs.
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of the local market & overall industry.
- At times, this position's function has been a misconception for many of the managers in the cafes, mostly because the work that this position does is out of sight of the rest of the team.

Minimum Requirements:
- College coursework preferred; high school diploma or equivalency required.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory and hospitality industry experience required.
- Proficiency communicating (speaking, reading, and writing) in English, bilingual preferred.
