Description Sandvik Materials Technology is currently running a major change program within marketing and sales.The assignment as Sales Program navigator includes introduction, implementation and safeguarding sustainability of new way of working throughout the Sandvik Materials Technology organization globally.This consequently involves a substantial amount of travel.The assignment reports to SMT management centrally and is recognized as a key to career development within SMT.Key performance areas . Work internally to drive change using situation-adapted program design, leadership, evaluation, organization- and competence development . Support and coach managers and staff within the business area in the SMT marketing and sales program .Project based workform through standardized methodology of change Your profile We are looking for someone who has a relevant university degree within marketing, business administration, economy, engineering or logistics having: . Min.5 years of professional experience from marketing, sales or product management . Experience from project management or personnel responsibility . Good analytical and problem solving skills . Sandvik Materials Technology is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a world-leading manufacturer of high value-added products in advanced stainless materials, special alloys, metallic and ceramic resistance materials, as well as process plants.Annual sales 2007 were about SEK 22,500 M with 9,100 employees.The product areas comprises Tube, Strip, Wire, Kanthal, Process Systems and Sandvik MedTech.
