Sales Operation & Delivery

Job responsibilities:
* Actively manage incoming purchase orders, order administration and delivery operations
* Offer best in class management skills
* Build a growing team of Order operations and Delivery specialists
* Maintain close contact with customers by active management of your team pipelines
* Drive operational service and processes with long term focus in mind
* Meet or exceed targets and KPI´s
* Be an exceptionally good leader
* Keep a structured work place and make sure that your team performs according to work place rules
* Additional duties to support business requirements


Requirements of the candidate:
* Minimum 5 years history of automotive order administration and team management
* Bachelor degree or equivalent work life experience
* Self-starter and exceptional in structuring your own work day
* Shared passion for “smart EV” transportation solutions
* Flexible and great at focusing on solutions
* Driven to learn, about our customers, our products and our processes
* Enjoys working in team but also produce results independently
* Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English. Other languages are a merit.
* Respectfully works with colleagues and customers
* Bring positive energy to work every day
* Automotive sales and/or leasing industry background is a bonus but not a requirement
* Valid driver license that needs to maintain valid and safe throughout employment
