Components in Ludvika are looking for a Sales Operation Manager to join our factory! We are a unit within the transformer business, supplying world class components to transformer manufacturers worldwide. We are proud of our product portfolio, our global customer base as well as our modern production unit. Our strong ambition will always be to be our customers’ preferred choice of supply and hope that you will play a key role.
As Sales Operation Manager your work is focused on selecting, managing, developing and training sales people in sales tools, IS/IT topics, and associated processes. The team also conduct competitor research and maintain a library of competitor information. Together we prepare reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, and reasons for product returns. Also making sure that we have a sharp market communication to support our growth ambitions. In this role you will report to Marketing and Sales manager at Components and will be a part of our local sales management team.
The team is now entering a new and exciting era including growth and teamwork the following next two years!
Your responsibilities:
Offering support to Sales/Customers including price changes, training portfolio, product portfolio.
Organizing sales seminars and workshops for customers as well as managing inventory of sales literature and brochures.
Policy and strategy implementation.
Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
Managing your team by continuous coaching, motivation and individual development.
Building close cooperation with local and regional sales people to support our sales targets and product approvals with end-users through excellent service and knowledge
World class market communication.
Supporting & advising the local sales team with IS/IT topics and work with your team in developing IS/IT processes for the department

Your background:
Good communication, cooperation skills and strategical thinking.
Knowledge in at least one of our product areas or knowledge in marketing communication or IS/IT.
A natural leader who is driven by developing yourself, your team but also Hitachi Energy and Components.
You preferably hold a university degree of a technical nature, but not necessarily.
Ability to be reliable and secure in various situations.
Fluency in Swedish & English, both written and spoken.
