We are about to significantly grow our sales department and are therefore looking for a Sales Operational Excellence. This is a brand-new role and as such the person hired will have great opportunities to, in collaboration with the hiring manager, form it into something special. As a Sales Operational Excellence you will play a key role in Qliro’s execution of our new sales strategy. In close collaboration with Head of Sales and various team leads you will be laying the foundation and providing the tools needed for our sales executives to bring in the deals. You will have great mandate and responsibilities to drive your own initiatives and your stakeholders will involve the entire company.

Qliro has a track record of delivering new products and services at an unmatched speed. We are active in an exciting intersection of the e-commerce, payment, and financial services markets. We target both leading online merchants and millions of Nordic consumers seeking superior digital payments and consumer finance products.

What you’ll do:

- Continuously develop and improve Qliro’s sales process
- Define, set up and improve lead generation for Qliro Enterprise- and SME sales; including refinement of existing data and active analysis of triggers from secondary (external) sources
- Support CCO/Head of Sales in the set up and monitoring of sales KPI’s and CRM quality, including sales activities, lead conversion, pipeline etc
- Act as the Sales team representative in cross-company projects
- Ensure a coherent and up-to-date library of Sales related material e.g. pitch decks, merchant business cases, client references, BD-models etc
- Document, structure and improve ways of working and processes connected to sales at Qliro
- Drive the migration of the current Qliro CRM to new solution


We believe you:

- Are at least two years into your career as a Management Consultant
- Have a well-developed “consultancy tool box” and are evaluating to leave consulting for “the line”
- Are fluent in English and Swedish

You will have to take responsibility for your own tasks, structure your own ways of tackling problems and push your own processes through. Experience from banking, Fintech or sales/marketing/leads generation/CRM is meritorious but not a requirement. The most important requirement is YOU and who you are.
