Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Sales & Operational Planning Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop and implement effective S&OP processes for seamless coordination.
Analyze and forecast sales trends to optimize inventory and production levels.
Align sales goals with operational objectives in collaboration with the sales department.
Collaborate internationally with manufacturing factories and ownership companies.
Lead the S&OP process, ensuring high productivity and goal achievement.

Proven experience leading S&OP processes in a similar industry.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting and leveraging sales data.
Deep understanding of production and supply chain processes.
Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams.

Skill in fostering interdepartmental collaboration for smooth processes.
Requirements:
Relevant university education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in S&OP or a comparable position.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English at an international level.
