We are looking for a We’re now looking for a Sales Operations to join our Enterprise organization, based in Stockholm. You would report into the SVP Enterprise and be instrumental in us growing and expanding our footprint outside of our offices.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Operations to join our team and support our sales team to ensure our organization reaches the sales goals each year.
Sales Operations responsibilities include building pitches and documents for the sales team, conducting research and analyzing data and overseeing various tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals and setting up training and coaching across all teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide sales teams with the necessary content, tools, and resources to effectively engage and persuade customers
Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales force, ensuring they stay up-to-date with product/service information and sales techniques.
Streamline and improve sales processes, making them more efficient and customer-focused
Track and analyze sales performance data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement
Project management support where needed
Requirements:
Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role
Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent relevant work experience
Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Great relationship-building, communication and presentation skills
