We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst.
The Sales Operations Analyst (SOA) is responsible for driving support around Sellers and Managers sales operations, through sales analysis and quality checks, in addition to handling internal reporting and communication.
The Sales Operations Analyst (SOA) is responsible for supporting execution across the following areas:
· Drive Sales Operations: Drive pipeline motion through supporting Managers, sales quota management and account setup for sales teams.
· Supporting internal training: Supporting and executing training in Seller/Manager tools and programs.
· Drive Operational Quality: Landing sales operational processes, supporting local execution of centralized services surrounding sales operations, and sales reporting across the sales team. Supporting Purchase Order (PO) owners.
· Provide Data-Driven Insights: Supporting Managers through following up on and analyzing sales data, provide data quality checks.
Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills, and Knowledge:
· Recent graduate (Bachelor or Master level)
· At least one relevant experience from a role or internship within a large, multinational, or global company
· Experience with or familiarity with admin work and jargon
· Prior knowledge in using Purchase Order (PO) tools
· Desirable with some experience with CRM and Ops tools such as Salesforce, My Invoice and Microsoft Office
· Good prioritizing skills and used to working with a pool of diverse teams
· Solution driven, structured and resilient
· Approachable with great communication and collaboration skills
· Naturally curious, and a fast and eager learner
The candidates we are looking for are fluent in Swedish and English, only candidates with a Swedish work permit already in place and fluency in the language will be taken into consideration and you must have relevant experience that reflects this position. The position is going to be based at our clients’ Swedish office in Stockholm. There will be possibilities for hybrid working arrangements, with the expectation of 40% of the working time spent in-person at the office.
