About the role
The Sales Operations team supports and enables the commercial organisation within the EMEA region to sell better, faster, and more efficiently. As a Sales Operations Associate, you will create, implement and optimize processes, tools and applications that support the distribution teams. Further, you will be the subject matter expert, who builds the bridge between the business users and the Salesforce administrators, developers and architects.
The ideal candidate has a strong interest in Salesforce, one or two years of relevant work experience from Sales Operations, is a keen listener and has the courage to challenge user requests. She or he is comfortable with gathering information through interviews and data, identifying improvement areas and presenting outcomes for different target groups.

The responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
Work with the CRM system of Salesforce and its end users to facilitate and create needed reports and dashboards to increase performance visibility and control
Track and ensure sales performance and sales pipeline data quality and reliability
Gather, analyze and interpret business requirements for development and updates and present suggested solutions Manage and prioritize development in collaboration with the Corporate Systems team.
Follow up implementation, support deployment and drive activities to ensure high user adoption.
Be proactive in suggesting improvements and optimizations from a system perspective by analyzing as-is processes and user journey to identify pain points and wanted outcomes.
Actively contribute to development and delivery of Salesforce end user training.
Experience and skills:
To be successful in this role, we think that you must have some basic skills and experience. In addition to the required skills listed in the first section below, we also think that you have at least two or three of the other merits listed in the second section. As a professional, you must have (required skills):Relevant Academic degree.
2+ years relevant work experience, for example Sales Operations, Sales, Account Management, Salesforce Administration or Project Management in a relevant field.
Strong (fluent) written and verbal communication skills in English, Swedish is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability.
The following skills and experiences are also meritorious (but not mandatory)
Experience from working hands-on with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce, as a business analyst, administrator, champion/super user or similar role.
Experience from working with Business Intelligence tools such as QlikSense.
Salesforce certifications.
Project management experience.
Experience of user training.
Experience of executing system development, acceptance testing and user adoption.
