We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager
Spiideo is the leading provider of automated broadcasting cloud-based solutions for video analysis and streaming of sports. With an entirely new way of recording, sharing, and analyzing sports performance and producing sports for streaming, Spiideo has a unique position in the market. Our solution strikes the perfect balance between performance, simplicity, and accessibility. Today, Spiideo is used by hundreds of organizations globally, including some of the world’s largest and most well-known professional and collegiate teams. Our customers can typically be found in team sports like soccer, basketball, ice hockey, field hockey, handball, lacrosse, etc.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Spiideo is looking to build our Commercial Operations function, and we start with a Sales Operations Manager based in Malmö, Sweden.
The Sales Operations Manager will be supporting the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams in Europe and the US, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. It will also be owning relationships with system vendors, and collaborate internally with stakeholders.
We're looking for a person with a strong background in SaaS Sales Operations, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a hands-on approach to getting things done.
As a Sales Operations Manager at Spiideo, you will:
- Develop and maintain performance reporting across Sales and CS.
- Own commercial requirements to vendors, and collaboration on internal systems.
- Own and develop Spiideo’s Salesforce structure.
- Help leadership setting, and optimising, sales best practice.
- Work on optimising lead-flow and quality.
- In the longer term, build Spiideo’s Sales Enablement function.
The ideal candidate would have:
- 3-7 years experience from a similar role in a fast paced SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical mind-set and a passion for processes.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations to the sales team and leadership team.
- Ideally spent much time in Salesforce and has a good understanding of SaaS marketing suites.

Location:
This is a full-time position based at our company headquarters in Malmö, where we have a healthy mix of being at our office at the heart of the city center (Lilla Torg, Malmö) and remote. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer, based in Malmö too.
