Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team. As part of the Sales Operations team, you will work as a key business advisor and support the entire Sales Team with tactical work, thus making the team and Mentimeter more efficient, well focused and successful.


Your main responsibility as a Sales Operation Manager is to assure that Mentimeter has the best in class implementation of technology, and accurate data and reporting in order to enable scalable processes and data-driven decisions.


The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and is comfortable interacting with all functions of the organization, including Sales, Finance, Business Performance, Product and Marketing.


We use the theory of Predictable Revenue and reference Dropbox and Slack when we see the future of Mentimeter. Sales are currently growing over 10% per month and you will be the driving force to accelerate that growth even more.

Main responsibilities for the role:
Managing and improving the Salesforce process and assuring Salesforce adoption across the Sales Team
Managing and integrating the sales tool stack
Tool and process adoption; engage key Sales and cross-functional stakeholders for timely and meaningful feedback to leverage the information for better system adoption and enhancements
Generating and creating automated reports and dashboards about Sales Team KPI:s and performances
Drive data-cleansing efforts in order to improve reporting accuracy and database integrity
Documenting good case practices and processes in our knowledge database



Additional temporarily responsibilities (until June 2021 you will have a couple of extra responsibilities due to maternity leave)
Supporting the strategic discussions and decisions made by Sales leadership by providing ad hoc reports, analysis and insights
Participating in/driving projects for sales process improvements
Assuring an alignment between company strategy and Sales Ops projects and activities
Making sure that a Sales Ops roadmap is realized/delivered in 2020
Gathering requirements, feedback and needs from the cross-functional team to improve data collection and database structure
