Sales Operations Manager
Are you an excellent sales operations manager with a solid understanding of business development as well as strong language skills? Do you want to take part in the development of our global sales operations? Do you share our passion for fitness and health? We need your help! Take charge of managing and developing our processes for sales operations, reporting directly to the Head of Finance & Administrations.


We are a young fast growing company, developing, manufacturing and selling innovative strength training equipment to sophisticated customers worldwide. Our users include elite coaches and athletes in professional sports leagues such as the NHL, NBA and the Premier League, as well as renown fitness influencers and leading physiotherapists in over 60 countries on 6 continents. Our young international team consists of over 20 highly competent, open-minded sports scientists, marketeers, engineers, sales professionals and more, with headquarters in Bromma, Stockholm.


The Role
The Sales Operations Manager at Exxentric is the intermediary between Sales, Finance and Production. He/she overlooks the Quote-to-cash process, manages support issues and is responsible for post sales customer care.


Responsibility
Review and verify that orders are processed correctly (structure, customs requirements etc),
Optimising costs based on shipping size and weight limits,
Supervising export shipments (monitoring customs related shipping delays
and facilitating with their resolution),
Prompting sales team about any significant constraints (transportation,
inventory, web etc),
Updating customs support library,
Processing support “orders” for replacement items,
Prompting or booking return shipments, including descriptive pro forma
invoices (with historical references) whenever necessary.
Managing support queries (instructions, references, follow ups etc),
Updating internal support library.



Requirements
Your profile must include:
College/university level education in business management, and
1+ year experience of sales and customer service.

Or
5+ years of working experience in sales and customer service.


Full professional fluency in English, French or Spanish.



This role will give you a key position in a young organisation, working with a fast growing global market. You will have direct access to the management team, and resources will be available to support your initiatives. The company gym is available for you 24/7, and we are located in Mariehäll, Bromma, close to Sundbyberg C and all modes of public transport.
